ROOMATE NEEDED TO TAKE UP LEASE IN SUNNY, LARGE APARTMENT.
Howdy all, Art Partner and Most Charming Guy in the universe Howard Des Chenes (nemo30@gmail.com) needs someone to take over his roomate's lease and willing to have him as a roomate.
The total rent (before divvied up) will end up being something like $1540 after they raise it. It's a big prewar brick 2 bedroom with a giant kitchen by NYC standards, lovely bathroom and good old fashioned plaster walls.. Oh, the big bedroom would be ideal for a couple or someone needing a bedroom big enough to double as an office space. It's like 16x16 or something. Excellent still-undiscovered neighborhood just beyond Park Slope and close to the F, Q, and B trains...35 min to midtown.
And I should note that Howard is one of the best people I know and a trained chef, so that helps. |
